deposit payments

We now offer 50% deposit payments for kids party bookings online!

You can pay the deposit online at the time of booking or if you would like to pay in full you can adjust this at checkout.

Our friendly function's team will get in touch to finalise your booking, confirm guests and make final payment 4 business day prior to the event.

Please note once payment (deposit or full) has been made the booking cannot be refunded.



I don't have guests confirmed! What can I do?

Book based on your maximum possible guests. This will ensure that we have space for everyone!
Please pay the deposit amount and our functions team will get in touch with you to finalise your booking, confirm guests and make final payment 4 business day prior to the event.

What times can I book?

The start times of our parties run from 10am to 5pm.

Are there any restrictions for climbing?

Yes, there are! Climbers need to be 5-years-old or over and at least 110cm to participate.

Can I bring decorations in?

Absolutely - we want your party to be as spectacularly unique as you'd like! Just keep in mind that your time in the room is limited and that any decorations need to be easy to dismantle/take down.

Can you accommodate dietary requirements?

We can accommodate most dietary requirements. Let our functions team know with enough notice, and they can go through the details with you!

Can we hire out a dodgeball court exclusively?

You definitely can! Just contact our functions team for further details.

Can we bring in our own food?

Our venue strictly allows no outside food with the exception of birthday cakes and lolly bags. That said, we do have catering options available for parents!

What are the functions team's operating hours?

Our functions team is available Monday to Thursday 9am to 5:30pm and Friday 9am to 4:30pm.

How about jumping restrictions?

We run by the policy that "if you can walk, you can jump", so even toddlers are welcome to jump with us!

Can we hire the venue out exclusively?

We can definitely host exclusive events at each of our venues! Simply get in touch with our functions team for further details.

How many kids do I need to be able to book?

Our minimum requirement of party guests is 10. We don't have a strict maximum, but please contact our functions team for parties of 20+.

What food options are available within the packages?

The kids can enjoy pizzas, sandwiches or chicken nuggets, with hot chips or fresh fruit. These come with soft drinks or apple juice, with water as well.

Can I get a refund for no-shows on the day?

Unfortunately, we're unable to offer refunds - but we can certainly compensate with some return passes for activities another time!

Can the parents jump with the kids?

Unfortunately, due to our Size Separation policy, adults aren't permitted to jump with kids. This helps to reduce the possibility of accidents and injuries.

What happens if we're late?

We'll do what we can and get you into your session as quickly as possible - but keep in mind that you'll still finish up on the scheduled hour. We recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to your booking.

Can I do a deposit payment?

Yes! Our payment screen defaults to a 50% deposit payment for your function.
The final payment must be made 4 business days prior to your party. Someone from our functions team will be in touch to finalise your booking and make final payment.
